LTI 1.1 has been deprecated so we highly recommend updating to the newer LTI 1.3.

To make the switch, first an LMS admin will need to install the LTI 1.3 tool. Please share the guide, LTI 1.3 Configuration, with your IT department so they can install it.
Please note that LTI 1.3 CAN be installed while LTI 1.1 is active. We also support the use of some courses using LTI 1.1 while others use 1.3. That being said, we do not support the mixing of 1.1 and 1.3 within a single course.
Once the tool has been installed, instructors can start creating links exactly as before. There is no change in process for instructors. To review how to create links please see, How to link a zyBook assignment/section/TOC to an LMS
Please note that if you have used LTI 1.1 links in the past, you will NOT be able to copy those. Instead, you will need to create new links from scratch using the LTI 1.3 URL instead of the LTI 1.1 URL.
