The zyBooks online platform occasionally requires maintenance in order to continue providing the best possible experience for our users.
zyBooks schedules these maintenance windows at the beginning of each calendar year in order to provide users with due notice of possible service interruptions.
Maintenance windows are typically scheduled between 8-10pm Pacific time, wherein users can expect intermittent service interruption.
The scheduled maintenance windows for 2026 are:
- Tuesday, April 7th
- Wednesday, July 15th
- Wednesday, October 21st
- Thursday, December 17th
Shortly before each maintenance window additional information will be posted to the zyBooks status page.
While not anticipated, additional emergency maintenance resulting in the interruption of user service may be required outside of these posted maintenance windows.
