Note: LTI 1.3 is required for this feature.
To auto-link all LMS assignments to existing zyBooks assignments, start by ensuring that all assignments map correctly.
Once ready, configure any one of the existing LMS assignments to an existing zyBooks assignment. To learn how to configure links, please refer to step 2 of the help article How to link a zyBook assignment/section/TOC to an LMS.
Upon 1 successful link from the LMS course to the selected zyBook, a check will be made to see if there are other assignments in the LMS course that map to any corresponding zyBooks assignments in the selected zyBook. Any found matches will attempt to auto-link.
Please note that the assignments in the LMS (including the grade items) must be set up before the 1st link is launched.
- Some LMSs, such as Brightspace and Blackboard, have additional steps to create the grade items associated with the assignments.
Additionally, the assignment name in LMS must match the assignment name in the zyBook exactly.
- Capitalization matters
- Spacing matters
- Hyphens and dashes (and other symbols) must match
